Q: Where is Remuse Collective, located?
A: We’re based out of the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship everywhere in the world!
Q: How long can I expect my order to take?
A: Orders leave our warehouse anywhere from 24 to 48 hours after an order has been received. Shipping time varies per state / country. We will be sure to email you when your order has shipped. Generally, inside the U.S. will take between 2-5 business days. International orders will generally take 7-15 business days.
Q: I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
A: Email us at info@remusecollective.com as soon as possible with your name, order, and size you’re exchanging for and we will correct it as soon as possible. In the event your order has already been shipped out, you can return your products to:

We will correct the issue and reimburse you the shipping fee. In the event your product is sold out, you will receive store credit for your return.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept all returns for a total of up to 20 days. The products being returned must be received by us in the condition it was sent out in (Stainless, unwashed, odorless, rip free). After 20 days, all sales are final. If you plan on returning any product please shout us an email at your early convenience.
Q: How do your shirts fit?
A: All of our tee’s are printed on 100% cotton unisex tee’s and are pre-shrank. For more specifics, check out the image below.

Q: Are your products American made?
A: Yes, all of our products are both manufactured and and printed im America.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, all through Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, you can guest check out for your transaction. We also take those listed cards at all vending events as well.
Q: I want to be in your next photo-shoot, how can I make it happen?
A: Our photo-shoots very in location across the US but usually alternate between California and the tri-state area. If you’re interested and in the general area, feel free to email us!
Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes, generally only to retailers. If you would like a line-sheet, please email us at info@remusecollective.com
Q: Do you sponsor musical acts or any type of sports?
A: We do. Generally, our criteria is very strict and we like to keep the number low to ensure a close relation with all of our sponsors. If you would like to discuss potential sponsorships, please send us an email and we can provide you with more information.
